A: All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of the purchase.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

The delivery times below are estimates:

Within the EU: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

Please note that international orders may take longer in some cases due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Q: Do I have to pay any customs duties?

A: Calm & Connected Clothing is based in the EU.

Orders shipped within the EU are not usually subject to customs duties.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Q: I haven’t received my order what do I do?

A: Some parcels may take longer to arrive due to carrier delays, customs processing, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control.

We always aim to dispatch orders on time using a tracked shipping option where available.

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. In rare cases, this can take up to 6–8 weeks or longer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import checks, or actions taken by authorities in the destination country.

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household, neighbours, local delivery point, or the shipping carrier.

Please note that Calm & Connected Clothing is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • safe-place or delivery instructions given directly to the courier
  • failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point
  • customs delays or unpaid customs charges
  • refusal of delivery

We will review delivery issues on a case-by-case basis and assist where reasonably possible.
